Does anyone have any information about a company called Fulton and Franklin, House builders? Mr. Fulton and Ellsworth Franklin built row houses in Baltimore and then built houses in Lauraville, outside of Baltimore from before 1900 to around 1914 when the company declared bankruptcy. The story is that Mr. Fulton took all the funds from the company and left with his mistress for France, leaving behind his family and Ellsworth J. Franklin to clean up the mess. Does anyone know where I might find bankruptcy papers for the town of Baltimore for around 1914?
