It may be more beneficial to obtain a copy of his Death Certificate from the State Archives. The Archives has a death index on its website: http://www.mdarchives.state.md.us/ Click on Vital Records. next screen click on death records; next screen click on Baltimore City, if that is where you think he died. The Death Certificate should contain information regarding his birth date/location, parents, and burial location.
