I know they have a collection of tax records but don't know exactly the dates covered. In addition to the tax and payment books, some dates also have the field assessors books which describe the property being taxed. If you want to visit the Baltimore City Archive, you must call ahead first and make a reservation. They prefer visits on Fridays. Ask for Becky and explain exactly what you want.
