Searching for George Gambrill, born early 1900's, who married Madelyn Moore in Maryland.

While at the Baltimore County Genealogical Society, I looked through the book "Three Hundred Years of Maryland Gambrills" by Mary Alice Moore Bowerman, copyrighted 1973. No George Gambrills were listed, but I did find 43 Moores and 4 of them were named George. I thought if I searched the Baltimore City Directories for years earlier than the 1902, I could find a George Gambrill who could possibly be the father or grandfather of the individual you are searching for. The Enoch Pratt Library covers a much greater range of years. My connection to the Gambrill family is through my maternal great-grandmother, Ella Gambrill, (1854-1923).
