Jane's message reminds me of a similar episode from early in my genealogy days. I left a note on a tombstone in Loudon Park which had flowers displayed. This eventually led to contact with previously unknown cousins and sharing of photographs. I've also had the same situation with opposite results where I've left notes, time after time, with no response. Just a reminder to keep in mind. The thing that attracked Jane (and me) to the tombstone was the flowers that someone else had left. I often use this same trick.
