With family this current, I would start with death certificates and obits. Since they are both buried in National, her death date should be available online too. With a death certificate you will get (hopefully) parents names, birth dates, residence at death and informant. I would also look for a death certificate for the parents in Baltimore City if that were where they were living. The indexes are online with MSA and are not hard to search. You can even look for the counties of Maryland. Go for the vital records and they will also tell you the cemetery of burial.
