It doesn't exist. I wonder if you might go back and look up your source again and see what it was supposed to have been. My reference for this verification is "The Handbook for Genealogists - United States of American" ISBN# 1-932088-00-8 which tells you when each county within each state of the union was established and give the date of the county's creation of what original territory or county first created within a state.
