The following TIP from one LIST Administrator seems like a good TIP to follow for all MAIL LISTS: Please remember to trim previous posts before sending a new message to the List. Digest subscribers will be receiving huge digests with multiple copies of the same message when you don't remove any of the post you are replying to. For those who don't know how to do this, SELECT all of the previous post and hit the DELETE key (or use right mouse click and select CUT or DELETE) before replying. If you desire, you can leave a portion of the post you are replying to so people will know what a response is about, but please cut down on the huge original message size and thus cut down on unnecessary duplication and volume.
