    2. This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Surnames: Warmack, Lanouette, Bundy, Sovereign, Baker, Ellington, Perry Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/JCC.2ACEB/8683.1.1.1 Message Board Post: Mr/Ms Bertrand, I did receive your email and was glad I was of some assistance; that is what these genealogical lists are for!!! I went through all of those Labelle obits and None of those French Canadian obits I had any Bakers included within them, but they did infact have the surname Labelle. What you should do to get the information that you want instead of a lot of obits that aren't relative to both your Baker and Labelle is join the list that Gary is ahead of as listowner THEN HE WILL ACKNOWLEDGE ALL your posts. I'm sure he has many, many posts with inquiries and when you've joined his list, he has to acknowldge those on his list. Here's where you should first go and from there your searching should get narrowed down to the correct area. CAN-QC-OBITS-L@rootsweb.com This list, like the others has an archives which gives you the option to go through and look for yourself at every Labelle obit...but once on this list, you should be able to address every question you have. Here is another database you can find your Labelle surname and the specific place in which your Baker and Labelle family might have lived which would be a more direct way in which to find family documents since you know the timeframe and general area. I can't remember what the first names were of your ancestors, but I'm sure you'll find some of them here as well. Then, after that, find out what parish/church they belonged/attended and within this community you will find goobes of information. If you have trouble find the church/parish email me back and we'll go from there. The more direct route is always the best...after going through all those orbits, and not finding a Baker I knew getting on Gary's list would be a better likelihood of getting the results you wanted. Here's that database which is awesome : http://www.ingeneas.com/ingeneas/index.html Rhonda Warmack Houston (rfhouston@mindspring.com)
