Found the following today 1900 United States Federal Census Bismarck, Ward 2, Burleigh County, North Dakota Enumerated 25 June 1900 John Baker Head White (B) May 1807 age 43 at Census time 2nd Ward John Baker Head (B0 1847 Oct Age at last birthday 52 (M) 21 years (B) PA Both Parents Born in PA Occupation Farmer (M) 1879 Probably in PA Sarah (B) Jan 1850 Age at last birthday 50 (M) 21 years Had 7 Children 5 living (B) PA Father (B) Unreadable Mother (B) New York (C) Children (D) Arthur (B) May 1880 Age at last birthday 20 born Iowa Parents both born in PA Ella (B) Sept 1882 Age at last birthday 17 born in Iowa Florence (B) June 1888 age at last birthday 15 Born in Iowa Harry J. (B) May1886 Age at last birthday 13 Born in Iowa Adam (B) October 1890 Age at last birthday 9 Born in Iowa Surmise: 21 years married - 1st child born May 1880 and since both of them were born in Penn. But all these children were born in Iowa, soo they must have gone to Iowa right after they got married. If you have lost them between 1890 and 1910 -----as there is no way I can surmise when they got to Bismarck. FYI if you have a missing John Baker with 7 kids sted of 5 well Hoping this will help someone. Since 2 children have died should be (b) 1885 or 86 and 1888 or 89. If you have this man with ties to Isaac B. Baker (B) 1800 both Parents born in PA. And John Baker a Revolutionary Soldier born 1717 PA (D) 1779 in KY or MO Pls send me some information. He is my brick wall. Thank you. Ruth Glover Are you looking for Isaac Baker? United States Federal Census State Oklahoma County Pawnee; McElroy Towship Enumeration District 177 Sheet number 32.
