Thank you for any information relating to Isaac C. Baker, born possibly in Lancaster County, 1828/29.  I believe his first wife was Elizabeth Fraelich (Fralich) of Lancaster.  Elizabeth died in Philadelphia in 1862 and was returned to Lancaster for burial by her parents Jacob and Elizabeth Fraelich.  Isaac and Elizabeth lived in East Lampeter, Lancaster Co.in 1850.  Isaac's married Katherine Eckert of Philadelphia in or abt. 1865.   I'm trying to learn who Isaac's parents were and where he was born.  I have also found an Isaac Baker, born 1828 in Colebrookdale Twp., Berks County, son of John Baker.
