Baker, Ph.D. and on this page he cites: In 1718, SARAH BAKER, daughter of JOHN BAKER, is listed in the will of Thomas Bonam of Cople Parish, and JOHN BAKER is given all the gentleman's wearing apparel and use of a slave. In Tom Hamm's World Connect file I found a Thomas Bonam w/a brother Samuel Bonam married to a Katherine and they had three children: Samuel, Daniel and Philpott. Nothing further on Thomas except that he died before 29 Jan 1717. That would be 1718 in our calendar year.
