Baker from Texas who says he is from George Peter Baker's line from Strasbourg, Fr or the Alsace region (although they spoke German) whose family immigrated to America in 1727. Would appreciate any info you may have on George Peter Baker if he's from your line. My most distant known ancestors go back to Mecklenburg Co, NC around 1800.
