All that I have found is on US Census Records 1850 to 1870 show him from North Carolina only. He was born 1805 in NC and died in Nodaway Co. MO. in 1870. He married in Clay County MO. around 1826. That is about as much of his pass as I know. I have all his kids and know that he had 2 brothers and one of them was born in Tenn. in 1817. I have tried in vain to locate his place of birth in NC. It has been one of my main reasons for my research. I guess I just don't know where to look! Any help at all would be good as I really don't know what else to do. Thanks Bruce for your reply.
