I've "rescued" an old photograph of Jess BAKER which was taken at the Hurt & Sidwell Studio in Springfield, Illinois. The photograph appears to have been taken in the 1870's or 1880's with Jess likely about 3-4 years old at the time it was taken. I am hoping to locate someone from his family so that this beautiful old photograph can be returned to their care. By 1870 Susan had moved (either with or to be with her parents Lewis and Agnes Kenley) to Clay County, Illinois. They all are buried there.
