It appears that her father is Willis/Wm. Baker b. abt 1828 in Tennessee. He and Matilda are on the 1860 census in Bear Creek Twp., Searcy Co., Arkansas. Head of household was Elizabeth McNunarry(?-image is hard to read on the last name). She appears again in 1870 with Willis Baker and Matilda. Mary Matilda md. Elisha Woods abt 1873 in Searcy Co. Any information regarding this family is greatly appreciated.

Elihu Manley married Rebecca Atkins and they had Benjamin Franklin, Ludie, Mildred, Ethel and Mary. Elihu and Rebecca devoriced about 1918 to 1920 and then he married Nancy Romans. Elihu died in West Plains, Howell Co.,MO in 1964. He and Nancy had James Truman, Vada Irene, Maydene/May Dean and Johnny. Vada marr. Raymond Downen/Downing and Johnny marr. ? King. I am very tired tonight, but I can get you more info on this. I have been working on this for quite sometime and I am hoping to get with Vada and fill in some of the blanks I have. Manley Born Dec 13 1825 in Indiana and died Oct 15 1906 in Indiana he married catherine Lovina Miller Jan 13 1847 in Indiana her father was John Wilhite Miller and mother was Mary Ann Warren.
