He had sons named: Thomas Jefferson or TJ b. 1857 (he moved to texas), Harmon Hartley (he moved to illinois), John, and Robert. One of the latter two moved to illinois and married a clara. George's daughters: Nancy Elizabeth, and Sarah Hester. George was married to Malinda Hockman. George died after 1880 and before 1900. I found Melinda living with Nancy Elizabeth and husband George Bush in Owen county indiana on the 1900 census. I cant find where they are buried. Malinda's parents are buried in Hicks Cemetery near Freedom in Owen county. I have been looking for George's parents but only seem to find walls. We have found photos that have: Herman, Pearl, Amanda, Little mandy, clara, Maude, hattie, Cecil, Robert, ect. If any of this rings a bell, please let me know. Thanks wendy

Three brothers, Otho Wm., Jacob and Abraham Baker came from Ohio, to Valparaiso IN. Abraham by way of New Salen IL. Otho and family later moved to South Bend area. Next generation of Jacob and Abraham had George, Harrison, Martin, and Frank Baker. Sarah Jessie (Baker) Bell., Alice (Baker) Bryerly, Martha (Baker) Beach, Clara (Baker) Kuehl In their next generation were Ross, Orville, Melvin, Russell and Glen Baker. Mabel (Baker) Gaboury, Blanch (Baker) Griffin, Alta (Baker) Willis, Clara (Bell) Asper. Helen (Baker) Smith, and my aunts & uncles and mothers cousins (children of Alice Bryerly, Mattie Beach and Frank Baker. These last two and most of the next generation and their young families are the people in my photo that was taken in 1937. I hope that you might me connected to some of these names. Loretta
