Hi Mary June and Andreas Here is what little I know about my Fuchs line Veronika Fuchs was born Aug. 31, 1815 Neider Rimsingen Alt Breisah Baden, she died Jan. 19 1885 in Minden, Kearney, Nebraska.  She married Joseph Reader (Riede) I believe in Germany before 1848 when they came to America.  Joseph was born Feb. 26, 1810 Blaybach ant., Walderch, Baden.  Both birthplaces were in the family bible, though Veronica was Veronica Fox. Joseph and Veronica had two children Mary and John, both born in New Jersey, U.S.A. Veronika's parents were Laurenz Fuchs and Katharina Weber. They were married Feb 4 1813 in Niederrimsingen.  They had six children (that I know of): Maria born 1814, Veronika, Gervas born 1818, Rosina born 1820, Agatha born 1823, Katharina born 1824.  This information is from familysearch.org Laurenz parents were Johann and Elisabeth (Faber) Fuchs Katharina's parents were Gervas and Anastasia (Baehrmaenn) Weber parents names also came from familysearch.org I'll order the films to see what I can learn.  Thanks for getting me to work on this line again.  Stay in touch Cathy Researching: Claycamp, Gerlach, Grindle, Magin, Mersinger, Reader, Singleton
