I agree with Helen.   I think the purpose of the list is to generate discussion and interest and educate people on what resources are out there.   What Marvin has offered to do is generous...it is time consuming and a labor of love.   I hope the list admins reconsider this ill advised decision.  If someone wants to opt out of the emails just ask them to set their preference to batch instead of individual emails.  Rootsweb allows for that.    Why penalize the entire list?  There seems to be a lot of people who were enjoying this thread.  And it is relevant to the topic of the list.    Laura >________________________________ > From: Helen <[email protected]> >To: [email protected] >Sent: Monday, March 19, 2012 9:50 AM >Subject: Re: [BW] RAAB Index > >Well this is an unfortunate turn of events.
