    3. James, I can handle the deluge as long as folks are patient with me. Some of our fellow listers complained to the administrators and I was asked to cease the look-ups on the BW list and go private. I am saddened but I will comply. This is still one of the best maintained lists on the web. I don't see this will make it a better but then, who am I - - - ? I really don't know why anyone would object to seeing all kinds of surnames listed. It seems to me that hiding them in private email boxes is terribly sad. Opportunities to find information will be lost. Only two people will gain from taking these look-ups off list; the person making the request and myself. 2. That is the shame of it Marvin, many of us are losing a great opportunity and it isn't how it should be. There has to be a better way, the complainers have other ways to avoid so many posts if they don't want them, I was having a great time hunting clues, though none of the surnames are mine, there could a reference to one of mine.
