Hello Jon, Thank you very much for researching the Appel names. I don't think Moses would fit in with my family but by coincidence I am very good friends with a woman that was born in Siegelsbach and whose Mother still lives there!! However, the Appel spelling sounds good, my husband's name is George Appel and the name has gone back several generations. Jeanne Appel
