This is quite sad, and I, too, would hate to see the discoveries moved off-site. However, I can also sympathize with those who are having to download and read through emails where 90+% of it is a copy of prior threads. (The lines that begin with '> '). This has nothing to do with deleting emails, it is something that's embedded WITHIN the emails. It is gracious email etiquette on lists like this to clip off the excess thread and include only the parts germaine to the immediate discussion. (See <snip> example below.)
