    3. Carol, et al I finally got the screen with the "Go to Previous Site". It is just peeking out from under a LARGE blank square in the middle of my monitor. There is nothing I can do in that blank space or the visible edges of the Family Search site that peek out from under it - - neither a right nor a left click does anything. The Family Search screen is only visible for an inch or two on either side of my monitor. The only thing that works on the entire screen is the little red "X" at the upper right corner. What am I doing wrong ? 3. OK, Marvin, when all else fails, not sure which browser you use, but go to your Internet Options and clear Temporary Files, Cookies and History. Close your browser, then re-open it and go to the FamilySearch page. Hopefully, you will be able to click the box and navigate to the Previous site. BTW, there is a great little tool that is free, CCleaner.com that does an outstanding job of keeping all those temporary files, cache, etc. cleaned up.
