I am requesting any information regarding the family of my Grandfather, Peter Laux b. 10 Dec. 1838 in Weiler, Ger. as on his exit papers from Coblenz No. 611, dated 27 April 1866. Peter had a brother named John Laux born 18 Dec. 1849, who came to America also. Peter's death certificate shows his parents as Michael Laux and Anna Berger. However, John's death certificate shows parents as Michael Laux and Marry Berg. I have a copy of Peter's exit papers if someone would like to review them. They are in German and I can't translate very well. I would appreciate any help I could get regarding any family in Germany or Prussia as on several Census documents.Nancy Laux Cagle
