Hi... new to this list. Well, for starters i hope my geography is accurate. I'm researching my grandfather, whom spent a short time in Buchen in 1942. I have some brief information, and hoping someone can give me any pointers to further research. Other than what i have quoted below, i know nothing further. "He was employed at Karl Hausecker in Ruchsen, rural district, Buchen" He did have health insurance. It refers to Karl Hausecker as a business, rather than a name, but maybe thats just a slight error... not sure though. Would records be kept for the health insurance? If so, whom can you suggest i try. Perhaps if i could find info about the insurance, it could give me some specific details on his employment? Thanks. Bobby (Australian)
