    2. Hi Carole. Try opening your adobe program, version 8, and click on help, then upgrade. Once it opens it should upgrade for you, provided you click the buttons permitting that. Sometimes links from other sites run much slower than going direct to the source. Once you have version 9 installed from Adobe, you should be able to open the search site without a problem.
