This is what I know for sure. I'm as far back as the revolutionary war with a Michael Bock. Michael joined the revolutionary war in Harrison County, Va. Witch is now Harrison County, W.Va. The problem is that I can't find his parents. Michael's war papers say that he moved down the Monongila River with his parents but it never said who his parents were. They moved from Fredricktown, Md. I have found a Bock family that seems to fit into this line but I need to prove it. I found a Leonard Bock that came to the United States in 1731 out of Rotterdam to Pa. And with his he brought his family, a wife and five children. Leonard's wife was a Elizabeth Kiefer and out of his five children the one that I'm interested in is a Hans Michael Bock, Hans was only one or two years old when he came to the United States and the family was always told that the first one here was a Hans Michael Bock at a very early age. If this is him he would have been twenty-eight years old when my Michael Bock from the Revolutionary War was born. I can't seem to find this Hans Michael Bock after he got here. Please help me if you can, or tell me what to do. Thank You Kathy
