Go to the Family Search website run by the LDS church or its equivalent in Germany, www.igi-index.de. You will find a huge collection of church records from all over Germany. The IGI site is organized by towns. You will need to search for the town by name and then see what records are available. They will be Catholic or Evangelical (Protestant). You can scroll through them or simply enter the name of the person you are seeking. These records are a small percentage of the total that are on the microfilms of church records, but there are thousands of them on line. Good luck.
