I've found a Jacob OEHLER in the NARA list of Germans to America Passenger Data File 1850-1897, age 21, Manifest Number 00036520. Does anyone know how to find out what the date of the Manifest is, without ordering it from NARA & paying 25 dollars. My OEHLER came in 1855 age 20 but I don't know the Manifest date.
