My grandfather,Gottlieb Grammel was born in Huzenbach, Schwartzwald, Wurttenberg, Germany according to a record I found.? Unsure where Huzenbach is.? He was born November 4, 1853.? He married Louisa Fredica Caspar on September 27,1883 and then came to the United States in December of 1883.? I know very little about Louisa and would like to know more.? Hi Adam, Huzenbach is incorporated to 72270 Baiersbronn. It is located near Freudenstadt in the Black Forest = Schwarzwald, west of Stuttgart. I found a Jakob Friedrich Grammel born 10 May 1840 in Huzenbach, emigrated in Jan.1866. Then a Georg Grammel, 19 years from Huzenbach, emigrated in April 1860. And a Karl Grammel, 17 years, from Huzenbach, emigrated also April 1860. Probably family members.
