Wanda, a Wilhelm Sieber from Rüppurr was stripped of his national and local rights 21st February 1853 for deserting from the Baden army. He had deserted and was through a notice in the Badische Anzeigeblatt ordered to report back to the army on 12 December 1852, but because he didn´t do this, he was stripped of his rights.
