Hi everyone. I'm new to the list, so will try to be brief, complete and polite. :) Perhaps one of you knows more about these records: I recently found a few records on the FamilySearch.org website that I believe are my ancestors from Adelshofen, Baden, Germany. They are records of christenings at the Evangelische (Lutheran) Church there. I emailed the local Family History Center (I'm located in Geneva, Switzerland currently) to see if I could order the microfilm, but was told that these records don't exist anymore. but have all been digitized and put on the "website of the Church" (my translation from French). Does this mean that these records only exist now in the indexed/ summarized format I found on familysearch.org? If so, I'd be disappointed and also surprised that I can't get them somehow on microfilm through loan. Here is the source information. Maybe someone has an idea? Source Information: Batch No.: C969102 Dates: 1832 - 1870 Call No: 1186372 Type: Film Printout Call No: NONE Type: Thanks for any advice or help anyone can give. Best, Noi
