I would use the German site, www.igi-index.de . Just type the name of the village in the prompt after you hit the search (or suche in German) option . If the village is on there, it will show up with the listings of the films/records available online. You just click on link and you will have an alphabetized list of all the people who are in the online records. The batch and film numbers will appear on each individual listing in the collection. Good hunting. That's the problem. I am not sure what is the town. village, county. Like Pauline Seitz there is Stuttgart, Neckarkreis and Wuerttemberg. I don't know how these are situated. ----- Original Message ----- From: <eschaal1@comcast.net> To: <baden-wurttemberg@rootsweb.com> Sent: Friday, April 17, 2009 3:54 PM Subject: Re: [BW] IGI Index to German Towns >I would use the German site, www.igi-index.de .
