    3. Hello! I am looking for ship list or vitals for a John D. Renz born 1861 in Wurrtemberg, Germany. He came to the US in 1881 and married Marie Katz in 1888 in New York City. I do not know when he died or who his parents are. Thank you so much! Kenneth Lampel

    3. Contact the Municipal Archives for New York City. You should be able to get a copy of thier marriage record. Sometimes marriage records give you a lot of of information. I got my great grandparents marriage record this way and it told me that one of them had been married before and it also told their parents names and they were married in 1890. They have a website that you can get all of the information from them about ordering documents. The last time I ordered something from them it cost $12. Very reasonable in this day and age.     3. Hi Kenneth There are many, many entries for Renz in the book Familienbuch Musberg. I can send them to you if you think that they are your family or might help.
