    3. This is my husband's favorite cookie. I make them all the time. Pfefferneuse 1 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp cloves 1/8 tsp black pepper 1/4 tsp nutmeg 2 cups flour Blend sugar and eggs on high for 4-5 minutes or until very light in color. Sift flour and spices together and add to egg/sugar mixture. Form dough into little round balls or nuts and place on a floured baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 18 - 20 minutes. Note: the cookies will get hard after a couple days. You simple put a slice of apple and the cookies in a covered tin - the cookies will soften and the apple adds a little wonderful flavor. -----Original Message----- From: baden-wurttemberg-bounces@rootsweb.com [mailto:baden-wurttemberg-bounces@rootsweb.com] On Behalf Of Beth Sent: Wednesday, January 07, 2009 12:34 PM To: baden-wurttemberg@rootsweb.com Subject: Re: [BW] Pfeffernuesse here you go .. it is from the All recipes site.... http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Pfeffernusse-Cookies/Detail.aspx?prop31=7 hope this helps..
