I am looking for the parents of Hiram Bennett b. abt 1831 in NC, died in MO and buried in the Prairie Ridge Cemetery, Caldwell Co. MO. He married Mary Berry. They had the following children: Mary Elizabeth b. 23 May 1864 in Keokuk Co., IA., Scott, Charles, Emma, Marie, Elsie, and Jane Bennett. Matthew Porter
