Hi Bennett Group, I recently visited the Highland Co.,VA GenWebpage, and noticed its listing of Revolutionary Soldiers. It listed 3 BENNETT's: Jacob, John, and William being Privates in the Muster Roll of Captain Hull's Company, in the 2nd Battalion of the Augusta Militia in 1779. I believe this John may be my 6th Great Grandfather. I would like to know about any BENNETT's in this Virginia area of Highland Co. & Augusta Co. which may be related to my BENNETT's.
