    2. It seems we have a disgruntled customer. We want to thank him for bringing this to our attention. This customer bought a book, read it, had an opportunity to copy some or all of it, then put it into a smaller envelope that damaged the cover of the book, and sent it back asking for a refund. When we ship an order, we consider it to be a final sale. There is an easy solution to his problem. If he will send us $3.50 to cover p&h we will send a copy to him again. We are not obligated to do this, since he returned the book to us, but we try to be fair and honest people. We are not a "company". We are just 2 people who have a sincere appreciation for the struggles our ancestors endured, and feel it is important to give our ancestors recognition and to preserve their records.
