He wanted to know if his grandmother, Susan was ever married. If anyone knows about this story, I would love to see if I can put it to rest. It is told that she was born 26 Sept. 1858 in Carroll Co., Miss. Out around Jefferson Community. It was told that she had her five children, (1) Mae Bell, (2) Appalona, (3) Leona,(4) Joseph Tidlem,(5) Albert K. "Dutch". by a Lee Bennett, that was married to her sister, Pairlee. Were they Quakers? or Mormans? . Lee Bennett was the son of Henry H. Bennett and Hannah Taylor Bennett. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Just thought I'd put this in, on one Census for Carroll Co., Miss. she was a widow and another she was divorced. Doesn't make sinse to me . Any help appreciated.
