Seeking info on Benjamin R. JOHNSON and his wife Emmaline BENNETT. They came to Vernon Co. from Jay Co. Indiana abt 1869. This family sold their land in 1887 and disappear from the county. Their children are: Robert W. b. 11-22-1854 d. 7-15-1861 Garrot b. abt 1856 Martha J. b. abt 1858 John H. b. abt 1860 James b. abt 1862 Margaret b. abt 1867 Mary E. b. abt 1875 md Charles RIDDLE 1-24-1904 Vernon Co. Wi. Both these people are related to me. Emmaline is the d/o Charles and Phoebe BENNETT from NJ>Ohio>Ind>Wi. I am looking for Emmaline's death cert./obit to see if her mother's maiden name is listed on it. Benjamin R. is the s/o John J. and Barbara (HUNT) JOHNSON from Pa>Ohio>Ind>Wi.
