I have 2 lines of Bennett's in my family, my father's side: GGrandfather George Washington Bennett born 1849 in Florida, his father was William Bennett, need information on his parents and where he was from, I do know he was married to Elizabeth Harris and married in Duval county, Florida. My mother's side: GGGrandfather was Jesse Bennett married Mary Ann Osteen according to the 1900 census they were still living in the Port Orange, Florida area known as Spruce Creek, where they are buried. He was born in Camden County Georgia, trying to find his parents. My Smith's married into the Bennett Family. Also looking for SIMMONS, SMITH, LOVE, OSTEEN, LOPEZ, MASTERS, UNDERHILL AND PONCE.
