Hi, I am new to this list. I have in my line William Harrison Bennett.. Born May 20 1839 in Antwerp, Ohio and died May 7 1914 in Harlan , Indiana He married Minerva Caroline Gorrell Also I have an obit for Elmer Loyd Bennett . I don't have much in the line of dates on him. He was the Mayor of the town of Toppenish in Washington between Jan. 1939 through 1947 also Served as Substitute Court Judge. One son: William Mycager TACKITT (TACKETT) on 03 May, 1903. Lewis, called 'Harvey', d. 26 Aug, 1903. Jency TACKITT (spelled TACKET on another 'piece of paper' from Mom) m. John B. WATSON (of West Plains, MO) 17 Mar, 1904, Peace Valley, MO. They had 4 children: George, Dee, Johnnie, and Amanda (Mandy). Jency WATSON died in 1929.

Looking for Robinson BENNETT perhaps living in Springfield or Middlefield, Ostego County, NY. (only speculation not concrete about where he is from) Robinson came to Salem, Washtenaw County Michigan around 1820's or so Also looking for the name Troiles BENNETT (or spelled Troylus) who also headed out to Michigan around the 1820's. (Could be brother to Robinson) Both of these first names (Troylus and Robinson) are somewhat unusual and thought maybe someone might have remembered these through their diggings' Robinson BENNETT was born about 1760-70 and died in MI between 1830-35. I do not know his wife's name but his child Elizabeth BENNETT was born about 1780-90 in NY and married a Levi JONES b.
