Family had a large range, but much lost after parents death due to robbers. His father was Leon and mother Anastacia.. Married Marie Zamorra and lived in Phx after 1925. May be buried either in Guadalupe,AZ. Died in 1942-44. Had his death certificate at one time, but lost it and now AZ Archives cannot locate any info. Have no info and cannot not find any..plz pass on anything that you may have regarding my grandfather. Oh...he was born around 1886, and was quite a bit older than his wife. Also had a son named Filberto born 1935 or died that year. He was approx. 3 yrs old....he too is buried in Guadualup or Gilbert. May have been baptised in St Augustines Catholic Church, Phx, Az/

    3. Hi, Can someone out there shed any light on the names Walter Leary, Frank Baylis and Francisca Avila. The time frame is about 1910 - 1930. Leary is a cousin of Baylis. Frank Baylis's father, Everst Augustus Baylis died in a mining accident in Sonora, Mexico. Frank b. 1908 in Chihuahua, Mex, was about 18-19 at the time. He and his mother Dona Francisca Avila de Baylis went to Tucson to live with relatives - the Leary's. Frank meet and married Maria (Mary) Louisa Rodriquez. She w b. 1912 to Ildefonso Rodriquez de Barruc and Dona Francisca Avila. If anyone has any history on these families I hope they would consider sharing. Thank you. Jacqui Baylis
