If you go to http://recorder.maricopa.gov/search3.asp you will end up on the Maricopa County Recorders site map. Look down the left side of the page and click on either two search regimens of your choice; Documents 1983 to present or Documents 1968 through 1982 and you will find dozens of records for most of the family names you are researching. Just enter the last name first, add a space and then the given name with no commas and press enter. Some of the records you can actually view online free of charge. All the records can be purchased for a minimum fee. As an example I viewed a July 9, 1999 deed favoring Ella M. Blythe, 1028 East Harmont Drive, Phoenix, AZ 85020. This particular document you can print images of each page if you use a screen print utility. I found records for Ruby B. NUNN, Leslie R. and Leslie Stephen NUNN who might be Ruby's sons given her husband was named Leslie. I also found records for Nellie A. MATTHEWS, Ella M. BLYTHE, H. E. BLYTHE (Ella's husband presumably), Paul R. NUNN (Ruby's husband), Bernice CALLEY, Billie Lenice MILES, Alexander C. MCADAMS (Bernice's father), James L. MATTHEWS (a possible son of Nellie), Vivian Maxine DUDDING just to mention a few. The types of records found searching on your research subjects are; deeds, releases, notices, easements, agreements, deed trusts, financial statements, sales agreements, federal tax lien, real estate tax lien, judgement, license pending, release of limited partnership, T financial statement, mortgage, release of mortgage, power of attorney, divorce decree (Ella), and a certificate of DBA (doing business as). I think you'll enjoy the site as it provides a wealth of information on your research subjects from 1968 to 1999. Good luck and have fun with these resources. Take care. Glen F.
