As for Maricopa County, if you go to USGENWEB.com, click on Arizona and go to the Maricopa board Amber Cory, the board co-ordinator has done a fine job of outlining how you can possibly obtain any public record in Maricopa. If you need any Maricopa County lookups, particularily in Phoenix and adjoining cities and towns, I have a large collection of city directories beginning with 1931 and ending with 1960 that may help you.
