Surnames: DANNER, MARTIN Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/xU.2ADE/414.1 Message Board Post: Hi Carol - In my collection of city directories, the youngest for Phoenix being 1960, there is the following entry on page 1198, right column "Danner Fannie J (wid John)(widow of John) H (owns the home represented by the address) h (head of household - there may be other relations present) 1908 E Lincoln (residence address) AL8-5066 (phone)". On the same page, same column is "Danner Jack lab (laborer) r (residing at this address - a boarder or renter) 1908 E Lincoln AL8-5066". This appears to probably be a son of Fannie J. DANNER. Mapquest.com is still showing 1908 East Lincoln as being an active address. This location is in an industrial area of Phoenix near and east of the Black Canyon Highway, south of West Grant Avenue and north of Buckeye Road. As a homeowner property tax and land deed records would be available from the county clerks office. Also as most property owners are registered voters, she may be listed in voter registration rolls as well. She is not shown as being employed in 1960, but that may be due to her age.
