There are a fair number of WAGGONER listings, spelled with an "O" instead of an "E" for the last vowel of the surname. Are you sure about the spelling of the surname? Was the YOUNGER family ever in Phoenix to your knowledge? What is your best guess of the era of the death of Eleanor Elena WAGGENER? Do you have any addresses from old letters or address books that were shown as Phoenix addresses, perhaps the family can be pinpointed through the cross address directories? Glen F.
