Bascom, 99, of Mesa, Ariz., and formerly of Loveland, died Dec. 21, 2002, in Mesa. She was born July 25, 1903, to Herman and Mary Atkinson Bromley. She is survived by a brother, Willis Bromley; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Bascom, and Eugene Elam. Services will be held in Mesa.
