April 23, 1918 in Peoria, AZ. Her parents were Joe Montoya and Virginia Salazar. Virginia Salazar's parents were Marianne and Santiago Salazar. Any information on any of these folks is much appreciated. This branch of the family is of Mexican and American Indian (probably Hopi) background and finding information has been quite a challenge. Virgnia Salazar Montoya married John Joseph Bird sometime around 1945 in Phoenix, I believe. Thank you for your help, Holly Werly
