Hi, My father's older brother, John H. Warren, went to Arizona in (or before) 1914. My father, George Vance Warren, and possibly my grandmother, Myrtle, followed him there (year undetermined) sometime after my grandfather died in 1914. I was able to locate John (age 25) in a boarding house in Congress Junction, Yavapai County in the 1920 Census, but my father doesn't show up at all in the Arizona Census at thaat time, nor does my grandmother. (As a matter of fact, I haven't been able to find either one of them anywhere in 1920. It's possible Myrtle/Mytie may have died by that time.) However, I have two photos of my father in Phoenix, in 1928 and 1930, and one of him in Skull Valley, and I know he was living in Arizona (and, I believe, married his first wife) at that time. I also know that his brother John remained in Arizona for the rest of his life. I would very much appreciate if someone who has access to a 1930 Phoenix City Directory or phone book would please look up John H. or Vance Warren (as Dad was called at that time). Dad could possibly have been listed as G. Vance or George V. Warren. I've started combining through the Phoenix Census reports one by one on Ancestry.com, but without an address to get E.D. info, this could take ages. Thanks, Waynne Warren from Illinois
